Description

Job Summary- As a Data Solutions and CRM Coordinator, your role involves managing and analyzing sales data to discover useful insights for making informed decisions.

Additionally, you will oversee the optimization and maintenance of all CRM systems, (Dynamics / Salesforce) ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements, provide training on data management best practices and CRM usage, and customize workflows and reports to enhance user experience.

Additionally, you will maintain the e-shop and collaborate with sales for promotional opportunities within the scope of data and CRM.- Responsibilities- Manage and analyze data sets to extract insights and inform decision-making processes.


  • Maintain and optimize all CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Oversee projects related to data management, CRM implementation, and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices and CRM usage.
  • Customize CRM system workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize user experience and data visibility.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features in CRM technology to continuously improve system usage.
  • Develop and enforce CRM data governance policies to ensure data quality and security.
  • Act as a liaison between users and CRM software vendors for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Maintain eshop and collaborate with sales for promotional opportunities.


  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce CRM administration and customization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving insights through datadriven analysis and CRM optimization.


  • Preferred

  • Certification in Salesforce administration or project management (PMP).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
