Description

  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as linkage between the NH organization, ICT and other businessentity boundaries ensuring solution alignment to ICT best practices and digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, prepare business requirements and usecases on approved projects; provide input into budgetary costs, resources, technical specs, and workflow analysis in order to successfully frame projects.
  • Promote and integrate benefits realization principles and framework to ensure the delivery of value in all digital transformation initiatives; proactively work with stakeholders to identify, baseline and forecast benefits while evaluating risks associated with business requests.
  • Change agent responsible to implement the 'change vision' by defining change management requirements for projects, assessing environments and developing change management plans (including communications, training, benefits realization, stakeholder analysis and management, coaching, resistance management, and sustainability plans).
  • Ensure change management plans are integrated with project management schedules; work in collaboration with the PMO and all stakeholders to ensure adoption goals are met in accordance with change management plan and business needs.
  • Effectively communicate and discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, and end?user concerns; negotiate, mitigate conflict and build alliances to achieve desired results.
  • Works in tandem with PMO to ensure that change management tasks and deliverables are met and adoption targets achieved.
  • Builds and maintains morale, motivates and shows appreciation for the team.
  • Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business stakeholders and ICT from initial requirements to final implementation.
  • Continuous education and research to ensure that the right enabling technologies and practices are utilized and knowledge is shared through training, seminars and conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma specializing in business, project management or a health related field required; Graduate degree considered an asset
  • Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci) considered an asset
  • PMP/CAPM/CBAB designation
  • Experience in health care/public sector would be an asset
  • Ability to solve complex organizational, operational, project and people problems with positive outcomes
  • Minimum of 35 years working on transformational, complex change initiatives in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience working with project management/a project management office
  • Proven ability to generate communications, training, stakeholder management, resistance management plans
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project and Sharepoint considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a large and diversified workload with changing priorities and challenging deadlines
  • Consistent and regular attendance mandatory
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset
  • Vaccines (COVID19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
