    Role Description

    • Full-time on-site position as a Structural Engineer.
    • Oversee design and construction of building structures.
    • Tasks include calculations, structural analysis, designing, and using CAD software.
    • Manage a team of drafters and collaborate with project managers.

    Qualifications

    • 4-8 years of Structural Engineering experience.
    • Design experience in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry systems.
    • Proficient in software like SAP2000, ETAB, STAAD, and RAM.
    • Ability to interpret drawings from multiple disciplines.
    • Experience in site visits, technical report writing, and structural analysis.
    • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and Civil Engineering principles.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Leadership qualities and mentoring abilities.
    • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical or heavy industrial sectors.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
    • Licensure as a professional engineer in Ontario is a plus.
