As an Industrial Engineering Project Manager, your main role will be to lead our continuous improvement initiatives within the plant, while supervising our Industrial Engineering team. You'll be at the center of the action, ensuring that our projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver our improvement projects on time and on budget
  
• Manage and coach our industrial engineering team
  
• Actively promote Lean best practices to optimize our operations
  
• Proactively participate in the product development process
  
• Analyze and optimize our workstations to maximize operational efficiency
  
• Define and deploy our manufacturing strategy in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams
