Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant with a hybrid role to mainly support the main Executive but will also include administrative assistance to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as point of contact for phone calls and correspondence. Must be able to handle phone calls/follow up as well
- Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, events, travel and maintaining events calendar and sending reminders
- Graphic design work and making PowerPoint decks and marketing brochures
- Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records
- Running reports on businesses profits/losses, working with vendors/suppliers, and following up with clients, staff, and managers
- Handling errands and daytoday tasks
- Bonus though not mandatory if able to create and editing posts for Social Media Accounts, Monitoring Social Media Accounts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Time management
- Oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency and flexibility with different software systems
- Graphic design skills
- Diplomacy
- Adaptability
Preference given to someone who is looking to GROW together for long term opportunity and growth and is not afraid to step up to challenge.
Position is for either part time or full time, dependent on skillset.

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour
