Analyst, Growth Channels - TH Canada
Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Growth Channels, for Tim Hortons Canada, this position is responsible for performing different types of Marketing Analysis, focusing on: Product Satisfaction & Performance across a broad group of food & beverage categories, and Consumer Insights Research and Optimization.
Urban & Non-Standard Restaurant Strategy & Performance as well as Catering Initiatives.
This is a highly cross functional position, which frequently liaises with Marketing, R&D, Innovation, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Assurance & External Vendors, to support various Tim Hortons Calendar & Marketing Initiatives.
- PSAT: Collaborating with External Agencies & Category Marketing Managers to establish, update & maintain a Pipeline for Product Satisfaction Reporting Standards and integrating these standards across different marketing functions.
- FA: Collaborating with External Agencies to plan, gather, and communicate quantitative/qualitative consumer insights & conclusions to Internal Stakeholders for National & Test Programs, with the goal of refining existing offerings and future program launches.
- Non-Trad: Analyzing several Key Performance Indicators for our Non-Standard Restaurant Portfolio to assist with the standardization and/or differentiation of these Restaurants across Tim Hortons Canada.
- Urban: Managing Marketing & Calendar Initiatives for the Tim Hortons Urban Format Restaurant portfolio, and analyzing several Key Performance Indicators, with the goal of improving Sales & meeting Net Restaurant Growth KPI's for this initiative.
- Catering: Implementing a rigorous Business Development Model for acquiring new Catering Guests, retaining & scaling existing Catering Guests and helping develop & support new and exciting Catering initiatives for our Guests.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of previous work experience in project management, coordination, data analytics.
- Previous experience within QSR, CPG/Retail companies or in marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably from business.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, direct and influence others at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
- Proficiency with SAP ERP, SAP Business Intelligence, SmartSheet, Monday.
