Description
We are looking to fill a foreman position in our company. That is, someone who seeks to drive a company truck and manage jobs assigned to them. You must be able to park a company truck at or around your home. There is one foreman and one helper per line painting crew. No experience is required - you will start as a helper and will be trained to be a foreman.

As line painters, we are responsible for painting the lines, speed bumps, arrows and other markings in parking lots to keep them visible, safe and in good condition.

This is done using line painting machines.


You must be:

  • Flexible: You will be either on a day crew or night crew but start times will slightly vary depending on the job. You must be willing to work weekends however we will not expect you to work two weekends back to back.
You must have full availability.

  • Transportation: You must have a car to drive to work sites jobs are usually finished in a day so works sites change often.
  • Attentive to detail: We want workers who take pride in their work and fix their mistakes. We pride ourselves in doing a good job no sloppy work.
  • Ablebodied and have good handeye coordination: Quite a bit of walking around is involved and painting with the machine requires good handeye coordination.
Line painting work slows down around November and picks up again in March. During the off season you may want to find another job or we can help you get on EI.


Salary:
$25.00-$32.00 per hour
