Principal Consultant - MS Dynamics ERP Implementation (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 1 Filled: 0 Duration: 12 months

Location: Mississauga, ON, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position, a few days /week onsite in Mississauga ON

MUST HAVES:

FUNCTIONAL expert with MS Dynamics

Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration experience (ideally with exp. migrating from Oracle Financials to MS Dynamics)

MS Dynamics 365 (·Experience in ERP modules such as Finance and Operations,Customer Service, Sales,Marketing, and Field Service and Microsoft Project Operations)

At least 5 to 10 years of experience in ERP development and consulting

Leadership experience in similar migrations in the past, or be able to demonstrate other experience throughout their career

·Certification in MS Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is an asset

·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

·Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize task

·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Summary

We are looking for a Principal Consultant to be the lead technology resource to help the client migrate from its legacy Oracle ERP system to a new MS Dynamics 365 ERP system. The successful candidate will play a critical role in being the primary technology contact for IT and Business stakeholders for this project, up to and including the CIO and CFO.

Job Responsibilities

·Analyze the business; requirements and processes, and propose the best-fit ERP solutions

·Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to deliver high­ quality ERP solutions on time and within budget

·Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs

and translate them into ERP system configurations

·Design, configure, customize, and integrate ERP applications using best practices and standards

·Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of the ERP solutions

·Deploy and migrate ERP solutions to different environments and platforms

·Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the ERP applications and resolve issues and bugs

·Train and coach the end-users and stakeholders on how to use and maintain the ERP applications

·Document the ERP solutions and provide user manuals and technical specifications

·Stay updated with the latest ERP features and technologies and recommend improvements and

enhancements

Job Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

· MS Dynamics 365 (Financial Modules and Microsoft Project Operations)

·At least 5 to 10 years of experience in ERP development and consulting

·Leadership experience in similar migrations in the past, or be able to demonstrate other experience throughout their career

·Sufficient working knowledge of financial and accounting practices in order to best support our user base

·Strong knowledge and skills in ERP, Power Platform, Azure, and SQL Server

·Experience in ERP modules such as Finance and Operations,Customer Service, Sales,Marketing, and Field Service

·Experience in ERP integration with other systems and applications using web services, APIs, and connectors

·Experience in ERP customization and configuration using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power

Bl, and Logic Apps

·Experience in ERP testing and deployment using tools such as DevOps, Azure DevTest Labs, and Lifecycle

Services

·Certification in MS Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is an asset
