Andrew Bissett a plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie et recherche à encadrer un jeune courtier afin d'aider à gérer les projets en cours et à identifier de nouveaux clients et de nouvelles opportunités.

La spécialité d'Andrew est de représenter les grands clients utilisateurs d'espaces de bureaux dans la négociation de transactions de location complexes.

Sa passion est de formuler, négocier et exécuter des plans d'affaires immobiliers complets basés sur la recherche, l'analyse de marché, l'analyse financière et les diagrammes de Gantt.

Andrew Bissett has over 30 years of experience in the industry and is looking to mentor a young professional to help manage his ongoing projects and develop new clients and opportunities.

Andrew's specialization is representing large users of office space to negotiate complex leasing transactions.

His passion is to formulate, execute and negotiate comprehensive real estate business plans based on underwriting, research, market analytics, financial analysis and Gantt charts.

Andrew works with a team of 11 people and leverages JLL's platform of multi-disciplinary service lines. JLL is a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.

Commercial Real Estate license
