Description

We are looking for a Full time bookeeper that will work in two locations on the west side of Vancouver.

Must have experience in Quick books desktop.

Bookkeeping Duties:

Timely filing of Statutory returns & remittances Posting of vendor bills, bank transactions, direct debits and/or direct credits

Banking cheques. Bank & Credit card reconciliations & posting entries

Accounts receivable review, ageing analysis & follow up Accounts payable reviews
Adjusting journal entries for amortization, inventory & monthly accruals Preparation of monthly financial statements

Reconciliation of loans & lease accounts Attend to queries & clarifications

Backup information Inventory management & monthly Stock check Financial and Financial Analysis

Payroll preparation Preparation of budgets with management

T4 preparation at year end Preparation of analytical reports covering revenue, profitability, liquidity, performance & net worth.

Reporting of other significant or inconsistent items Provide commentary to management on all of the above based on your reviews and analysis of the financial operation. Cost Accounting

Determine and implement cost accounting procedures and methods Ensure accurate allocation of direct and indirect costs of labour, materials, freight, duties etc.

Prepare and analyze cost reports and costing audits. Prepare and maintain cash flow projections.

Examine and review unusual cost records. Review inventory and WIP levels.

Provide commentary to management on all of the above based on your reviews and analysis of the financial operation.

Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
