- Technical support to the management team
- Collegial diploma in a related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good technical knowledge combined with a good understanding of manufacturing.
- Proficient reading skills and understanding, of mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken).
- Leadership and good team spirit.
- Process management and improvement skills.
- Ability to manage one's time and simultaneously to efficiently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bilingual spoken and written.
- Knowledge of electrical / electronic components and work experience at CAE, would be an asset.
- Knowledge and practical experience of problem-solving methods and tools.
