Weyburn Communithon Event Volunteers (Greeter, Food and Facility, Staging, Video and Graphics)

Volunteer with the Weyburn Communithon and be part of the team behind a major local fundraiser that supports community initiatives and local causes. Volunteer roles are event-day focused and designed to keep the event running smoothly for guests, performers, and other volunteers. Positions include greeters who welcome people at the entrance, help answer questions, direct guests through the program, and guide volunteers to the volunteer lounge and role board. Food and facility volunteers help maintain the volunteer area (coffee and snacks), keep the space tidy, connect volunteers with team leads, and circulate to check if volunteers need breaks. Staging roles include performer traffic support, guiding entertainers in and out, keeping the flow organized, and stage hand support, helping coordinate equipment changes and communication with production throughout the day.
