About the Position:

This role will cover both the morning and afternoon shift.


Principal Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Dispatch Coordinator, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tracking drivers/carriers for updates
• Updating customers with driver updates
• Answering customer/driver inquiries
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in dispatch or customer service, we will train in dispatching.
• Proficient in English/Spanish, both writing/verbal & Speaking.
• Proficient in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A team player
• Possessing exceptional organizational skills
• Able to work in a fastpaced environment
• Able to pay attention to detail
