Job summary

As our Business Development Manager,you'll lead a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives responsible for fueling Nue's growth engine across both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Hire, coach, and mentor a blended inbound/outbound BDR team of 8–12.
  • Execute & Evolve Proven Playbooks: Implement scalable outbound frameworks; from messaging cadences to territory design —and adapt them as we grow.
