Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant operations, including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and maintenance of all supplies, equipment, and ingredients.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate and costeffective coverage at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to high standards and promptly
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with all sanitation and safety standards.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance is carried out as per the required schedule.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a highvolume environment
  • Multitasking and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal regulations about the restaurant industry in Toronto and Ontario
  • Proficiency in restaurant software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools, is an asset.
Education and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • A Food Handler certificate is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations.
This is a full-time position that requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive salary and provide a respectful workplace.


Salary:
$55,000.00-$70,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
