incluant environ 25 personnes. Ce rôle est responsable de l’opération et d’exécution quotidiennes Cette équipe avec une imputabilité direct sur les résultats livraison , fiabilité plateforme capacité mise à l’échelle sécurité.
Che que vous ferez :
- Assurer la livraison en ingénierie pour l’ensemble des équipes en mettant en place des processus planning clairs indicateurs livraison cadence exécution efficace.
- Gérer développer les chefs d’équipe ingénierie responsable performance effectivité développement attentes claires rétroaction imputabilité.
- Définit faire respecter standards ingénierie qualité fiabilité documentation pratiques opérationnelles.
