THE OPPORTUNITY


The Corporate Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for completing the administrative tasks required for the effective and efficient operations of the corporate parts warehouse.

This position performs such duties as data entry, invoice matching and coding, and interacting with the shipping and receiving staff.

This position also assists the Corporate Equipment Warehouse Manager with parts inventory control, miscellaneous filing, and daily report review.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes vendor invoices
  • Matches invoices to purchase orders and codes invoices
  • Enters data into electronic business system
  • Completes assigned daily reports in timely and efficient manner
  • Answers incoming phone calls to the department and dispatches accordingly
  • Works with shipping and receiving staff to troubleshoot inventory issues
  • Assists Corporate Equipment Warehouse Manager with daily operations
  • Files paperwork as needed
  • Becomes familiar with and complies with the company's Health & Safety Manual. Reports any unsafe practices to a supervisor or manager.
  • Other duties may be assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • One to three years of related experience
  • Postsecondary diploma would be considered an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Strong business ethics with a professional approach at all times
