    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a similar role.

    The candidate should also have a strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


    The IT Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for responding to inquiries from users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support over the phone or via email.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating user accounts, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
