About the role:


Job responsibilities:


  • Liaise with product managers, senior leadership and internal stakeholders to reach crossteam agreement on short and mediumterm innovation priorities.
  • Run a crossteam process to approve and regularly confirm product innovation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate budget and planning cycles.
  • In collaboration with the Stage Gate Program Manager and the Project Management Office, ensure that roadmap management and execution processes run smoothly and the roles and responsibilities are clear.
  • Identify knowledge or information gaps in the roadmap approval and management process and collaborate with colleagues to fill those gaps.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the Product Steering Committee (PSC), highlighting the status of product innovation releases and any items requiring decision making. Facilitate monthly PSC meetings and notetaking.
  • Onboard new team members on the roadmap approval process.
  • Where needed, collaborate with Business Analysts to introduce process improvements and/or develop crossteam collaboration agreements.
  • Liaise with the Project Management Office to effectively allocate project management resources to product releases.
  • In collaboration with the information manager, run an innovation portfolio communication plan, reporting on the status of innovation releases to different levels of the organization, including the Executive Team.
  • In collaboration with the information manager, leverage information tools to collect roadmap KPIs and product innovation ideas.
  • Act as the team's contact point on product innovation, channeling request to the right colleagues and/or bringing new initiatives to leadership's attention.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in related discipline (business, economics, finance) or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience;
  • At least 6+ years of experience as a project, program or product manager.

  • Ability to see the big picture, propose and lead change;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including in different time zones;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have:

Change management practitioner certification, experience with project management software. Experience managing reports.
