  • As part of the Business Excellence & Execution Team, this role will focus on reimagining the way Novartis/IM Canada drives our Data Strategy and Systems.
  • Working in close collaboration with the Canadian crossfunctional partners you will:
  • Leading and defining this Center of Excellence strategic direction in terms of Data Strategy & Systems
  • Leading the tactical implementation team to execute against our key priorities for CDP strategy & systems, Data Strategy & Governance, CRM & system as well as data vizualization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Influencing, Managing and gaining buy in from Executive committee in the Data Strategy and execution plan.
  • Working in close partnership with Global and regional teams on the strategy and execution
  • Implementing projects that span across multiple business units
  • Accountable & Responsible for the department performance and budget management
  • Responsible for the CPO data strategy, governance, portfolio & roadmap that support priority business needs and accountable for its implementation in accordance with Global Strategy
  • Enables insight led, data driven and connected technology solutions and platforms, together with IT, to enable measurable Customer Experience at scale.
  • Leading the creation of an integrated/consolidated data ecosystem that includes CRM, Social, Google Analytics, amongst others.
  • Connects data points to deliver a 360 ̊ customer view across multiple touchpoints
  • Enables a data strategy with robust data governance and highquality management across a technology stack capable of delivering integrated strategic insights and visualizing analytics

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a combination of both business & technical roles
  • 3+ years of leading a data strategy, analytics, or similar teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering data systems/technology solutions that had positive impact
  • Project Management Experience
  • Proven track record on influencing senior leaders in complex project(s) & driving positive impact
