Qualifications:

• Formal education in operations management coupled with at least 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing setting while demonstrating a track record of continuous improvement.

• Strong leadership skills with superior listening and communication skills.
• Proven problemsolving abilities and tactical decisionmaking skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in woodworking.
• Demonstrated potential for general management responsibilities.

$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
