Safety Compliance manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the company
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on job sites
Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, and make recommendations for corrective action
Provide safety training to employees and ensure that they are following safe work practices
Work with project managers to identify and assess potential safety hazards on job sites
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and report on safety performance to management
Stay uptodate with industry standards and regulations related to safety

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a safety role in the construction or roofing industry
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and safety practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
