Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support daily office and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience who is comfortable speaking with customers and supporting internal teams. The operations Coordinator will assist with order-related tasks, customer communication, and general administrative coordination to help keep operations running smoothly.
Pay: $20/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks in an office environment
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to respond to inquiries and provide updates
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and basic issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of requests
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and operational documentation
- Follow established processes and escalate issues when needed
- Provide general office support as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working in an office or administrative environment
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling basic customer service interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, office tools)
- Ability to work a fixed, part-time schedule
- Experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or e-commerce is an asset
What We Offer
- Fixed part-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- In-office role based in Burlington, ON
- Hourly wage of $20/hour, capped at 20 hours per week
