Summer Seasonal Dining Experience Host/ess

The role of the Host/ess is to provide exceptional quality and service to our guests in a dynamic and diverse team environment at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler.

About This Role

This summer seasonal position as a host/ess offers an exciting opportunity to join our Braidwood Tavern team, where you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be part of a passionate team that continues to set the standard in luxury mountain hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their table and server with courtesy and professionalism.

Manage the host stand, review reservation books, and make recommendations on table setups.

Assign seating for guests based on service standards while considering daily assignments and sections.

Take reservations via online portals or telephone while maintaining knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.
