This comprises of Manufacturing & Assembly, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain, where highly-skilled employees are working on Bombardier's sector-leading Global 5000/6000 and Challenger 350 business aircraft.

MHICA's technicians build and join wing assemblies and fuselage sections, as well as perform systems and flight control assembly installations and testing.


Scope of Position
Reporting to and primarily supports the President & CEO, the main duties of this position will include but not limited to:

  • Providing daily morning briefings to the President & CEO
  • Acting as gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
  • Ensuring material submitted for President & CEO review is appropriate with expectations set by the President & CEO
  • Support managing information flow to and from the President & CEO for efficiency and prioritization
  • Coordinate meetings and calendar of the President & CEO; executing on priorities set by the President & CEO
  • Attend meetings with or onbehalf of the President & CEO; recording meeting minutes and action plans, reviewing with the President &CEO, and distributing meeting minutes and action plans to stakeholders
  • Assisting with greeting visitors and determining access to appropriate parties.
  • Conduct research and compiling data to assist in preparing reports or presentations based on the needs of the President & CEO.
  • Maintaining records and files; supporting the organization of information and documents (physical and electronic)
  • Booking of travel arrangements and general administration of travel related expenses.
  • Liaison and member of the Employee Engagement Committee
  • Supporting the planning and organizing events that take place externally, such as fundraisers, sporting tournaments, and appreciation events
  • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multitask/prioritize with tight deadlines and has a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Time management, planning, and coordination with others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Csuite executives
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a strong asset

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of similar experience.

Education

  • College diploma or undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Office Administration preferred.
