Key responsibilities:
- Create new customer accounts in the system and ensure all necessary information is accurately inputted
- Verify orders in our ERP system versus Nu Order to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Conduct daily checks on Nu Order to ensure styles, style numbers, pricing, colors, and fabric descriptions are correct
- Perform inventory checks on repeat orders to ensure stock availability
- Add shipping prices to invoices and ensure accuracy of shipping charges
- Create PowerPoint presentations with direction given on required content and format
- Provide support to the Director of Sales & Operations in administrative and daily tasks for Atelier Noir.
- Coordinate between multiple departments to compile necessary information to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain internal systems and information on partner platforms.
- Manage order fulfillment and follow ups.
- Process customer returns and credits.
- Prepare weekly sales & inventory reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams in preparation of all seasonal assets such as photo packages, linesheets, product details, marketing materials, etc.
- Coordinate sample shipments.
- Attend and assist in preparation for sales meetings.
- Coordinate daily/weekly tasks associated with roadshows such as processing replenishments, display shipments, scheduling etc.
- Various other tasks as required.
Key requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer service position ideally in a fashion environment
- Highly Organized, solution oriented, exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, selfmotivated, positive and adaptable.
- Skills
- Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Power point), Ability to work directly with majors and fulfilling their EDI Needs when necessary
- Bilingual
- AX and NuOrder
