Description
We are seeking an experienced _Dining Room Attendant_ in an established restaurant located in Mississauga for lunch hours. You will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them and responding to their needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a memorable and pleasant dining experience for guests
- Greet customers upon arrival and seat them accordingly
- Provide menus and respond to questions about food and beverage
- Anticipate guest needs and assist with food and beverage service
- Sanitize and set tables throughout the work shift
- Work safely; monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all areas are clean, safe and free from clutter.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 years minimum experience as a restaurant attendant in Canada
- A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and be active for the duration of work shift
