CDAP Sales Manager
Coinchain Capital Inc. is a cutting-edge technology solution provider based on Vancouver BC. Coinchain's services include software development, system integration, cloud computing, and IT & business consulting.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to accelerate our Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) business, a federal government funded program focused exclusively on funding solutions for small and medium Canadian businesses.


As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Monitor sales team performance, set clear goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address those needs effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and emerging trends to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including consulting and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to product development discussions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote our company's products and establish a strong presence within the technology sector.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the technology and/or consulting industry, with at least 3 years of experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming sales teams, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
  • Strong understanding of technology and consulting products, services, and trends, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a consultative and customercentric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a datadriven mindset, capable of analyzing sales data and market insights to inform decisionmaking.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with remote team members.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business growth through sales excellence.
