Advanced Glass Inc is a busy and growing automotive, commercial & residential glass business, looking to fill a Shop Manager role.

Are you looking for a long term career with unlimited potential? If you have auto glass installation experience and the required glass shop skill set, we want to meet you.

Specific Skills Required

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all retail glass shop daily operations, including but not limited to: automotive glass installations, commercial and residential sales and services
Provide courteous and attentive customer experiences
Determine staffing requirements
Manage time, staff and assign duties
Train staff as required

Business Equipment & Computer Skills

Point of sale system including creating sales receipts in Quickbooks online

Financial & Other Benefits
Base hourly salary plus performance bonus (hourly wage will depend on experience).

Monday to Friday hours - no weekends or evenings. Group benefits. Staff discounts.
