Responsibilities include:


  • Taking orders and processing them in our computer system
  • Validating the information on purchase orders
  • Ensuring that customer requests are handled satisfactorily and in accordance with the companies' guidelines
  • Assisting customers with orders, suggesting products, etc.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring the appropriate status
  • Working closely with sales representatives to connect to customer issues
  • Reading and understanding all customer activities for the strategic accounts in Salesforce
  • Managing account maintenance
  • Reviewing various weekly / monthly reports
  • Communicating with our logistics and procurement teams to ensure that the customer's requirements and operational requirements are met
  • Working in synergy with other departments to ensure full customer focus
  • Being the Internal sales support for assigned accounts

To succeed, you will need:


  • A college diploma in administration, business or in a related field
  • To be fluent in English
  • To have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • To have a strong work ethic and a passion to succeed. Compassion, integrity, and honesty are very important qualities to have
  • 35 years of relevant experience as Customer Service Representative in a distribution, logistic or manufacturing environment
  • An ability to work independently, multitask and in a team environment
  • A desire to work in an environment where decisions must be made quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
- strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.)
