Bilingual Part-time Osint Training Facilitator - Ottawa, Canada - KeyNorth Professional Services Group Inc.

The KeyNorth Group is a leading provider of training and consulting services in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team of Training Facilitators.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and updating course material and managing and delivering training to our clients, both in-class and virtually.

Your Role:

• You will be required to support the team in creating and updating OSINT training content.
• You will be required to teach OSINT training in English and French to our clients as needed.
• You will be required to teach the course inperson (at various locations in Canada and abroad) and remotely through online video conference platforms.
• Periodic assistance may be required with our online selfdirected courses as well.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and update existing content based on the team's instructional design agenda.
• Provide input into and follow curriculum design documents (learning paths) for courses.
• Deliver training either in an inclass or virtual environment using appropriate adult learning techniques.
• Ensure that appropriate IT support is available to assist.
• Develop and maintain highquality training materials, including but not limited to slide decks, case studies, written materials, audiovisual materials, etc.
• Mark assignments and exams and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Liaise with clients to ensure the effective delivery of training.
• Leverage the learning management system to provide online training.
• Manage virtual class training and inclass training facilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• The individual must be able to deliver training in French and English fluently.
• Proven experience in training delivery, including virtual environments (preferred.)
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
