The Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills provides leadership and direction for post-secondary education and skills training systems in British Columbia as well as labour market information and programs.


The Labour Market Development division strives to enable all British Columbians to reach their full potential by advancing innovative workforce policies, programs, and labour market information, including providing skills training opportunities across the province.

The B.C.

Employer Training Grant program (ETG) operates within Labour Market Development division and provides funding to small, medium and large enterprises to support skills training for their workforces, including prospective new hires.

The program is delivered by the Province of British Columbia and is funded by the Government of Canada through the Workforce Development Agreement.


The Adjudication Team Lead provides leadership and technical guidance to adjudicators involved in complex, independent decision-making and establish a sound framework, based on the principles of administrative fairness, to ensure consistent, independent decision making.


Job Requirements:


  • Diploma related to law, public or business administration or another related field. An equivalent combination of education and experienced may be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience (within the last 5 years) managing and supervising a team.
  • Experience coaching, managing performance and mentoring a team.
  • Experience developing, implementing and/or facilitating training for staff.
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing complex multifaceted issues.
