TheRoster Administrator is responsible and accountable for maintaining and administering the Assessor Relations of assessors for Viewpoint.
Duties
- Be a point of contact for assessors
- Researching and screening potential new assessors, engaging in preliminary discussions regarding service terms negotiation and expectations regarding fees and availability
- Maintaining current assessor profiles in the management system, including all regulatory document requirements
- Maintaining current Exam Location profiles and contact information
- Management of assessor availability to ensure adequate coverage for specialties, services and locations in demand, and releasing unused availability
- Be involved in recruitment strategy planning
- Be an active member of the National Assessor Relations Team
- Conduct assessor training on the management system Assessor Portal
Qualifications

- High level organizational abilities
- Excellent multitasking and stress management skills
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office Word current version
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Excel current version
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Power Point current version
- Advanced level understanding of database requirements and skills
The Assessor Relations Administrator is directly accountable to the Assessor Relations Manager. Annual Performance Evaluations will be completed by the Assessor Relations Manager.
