    Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Associate for a permanent full time role to increase our Quality function and support the growing demands of the business. The position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager

    The Role:

    • Work closely with Production to ensure compliance to our Quality Management System
    • Verification and sign off of batch documentation including Release for Supply
    • Participating in external and internal audits in consultation with the QA Manager and being able to manage internal audits independently to comply with Regulatory requirements
    • Emphasis on Quality compliance and continuous process improvement
    • Reviewing and maintaining QMS documentation including SOPs
    • Investigate/follow-up customer enquiries and complaints
    • Assist in Deviations, CAPAS and Risk Assessments
    • Knowledge and working understanding of GMP environment as applied in a complementary medicine setting
    • Assist in the GMP training of staff in the facility
    • Perform additional duties as required

    About You:

    • Minimum 3 years' Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GMP as the key focus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
    • High attention to detail including being able to multi-task within a fast paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in all areas of the organisation
    • Commitment to deliver and drive successful outcomes
    • A positive 'can do' attitude with a genuine enthusiasm to see people and the business succeed
    • Flexibility to grow within the role
