Leaside Village Medical Clinic/Unify Men's Health Clinic

A multi-disciplinary medical clinic seeking full-time receptionist to join our team.

Medical services:
Family medicine (Family Health Organization), Cardiology, Urology, Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Physiotherapy, minor surgical procedures and cosmetics.

Welcome new and existing patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming, & approachable manner
Work as part of a team responsible for the front desk customer service, patient intake, & patient billing
Receive high volume of phone calls and be able to prioritize calls and realtime patient interaction
Organize faxes and referrals
Book and confirm patient appointments
Register patients and obtains all necessary demographic information and accurately input into electronic medical records (EMR) system
Accuro EMR
Operate point of sale transaction terminal for accepting cash, credit and debit payments
Reception and administration support for a clinic with multiple health practitioners
Perform ECG, hook up Holter monitors (training will be provided)
Manage supplies and maintain clinic in tidy and organized manner

Qualifications:

Attention to detail is critical
Must be able to work well within a team environment
Must be able to use professional communication over phone, written word, and in person
Very strong computer proficiency and the ability to multitask
Experience using ACCURO EMR is a large asset
Complete fluency of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar

Job Types:
Part-time preferred, Full-time available, no remote-work available.

Salary:
Starting at $19.00 per hour depending on experience and skills

Hours:
Full Time, Part time, Evening and weekends

Salary:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour
