As a Marketing Specialist, you will be managing the regional marketing strategy for New Growth Markets, ensuring our partners have the marketing and communication support required.

You'll be part of a fast-paced team that looks to deliver results in a condensed time frame. You'll have the opportunity to take on passion projects that drive program performance and sales results.


Responsibilities:

Manage regional show home strategy:


  • Develop strong rapport with customer care staff and act as key marketing contact.
  • Ensure Presentation Sales Centre is fully equipped with updated collateral & marketing communications.
  • Provide ongoing support and initial education for customer care staff regarding the benefits for new residents moving into a building powered by TELUS PureFibre.
  • Complete regular visits in person to show homes to ensure staff are trained and able to communicate/explain exclusive TELUS offers.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff for TELUS displays and act as key contact for any support or training required.
  • Identify opportunities to partner on any exciting or new activities to increase brand exposure.

Marketing and communications for Developers/Home Builders:

  • Provide support to Channel Managers and ensure all developers have necessary marketing materials.
  • Develop new strategies/mini campaigns to drive new sales.
  • Monitor and track sales penetration by community.
  • Support segmented marketing strategies (targeting Large, Medium and Small Developers).
  • Act as a brand ambassador on behalf of the TELUS team.

Priming building relationships & sales opportunities:

  • Introducing Strata's, Property Managers or Key Decision Makers to our Territory Relationship Managers to continue priming building relationships post-occupancy.
  • Identifying any opportunities to host events to drive awareness of TELUS offers in newly occupying buildings.
  • Providing the Marketing Team with any Intel on unique opportunities to host events ex. Key handoff days, occupancy celebrations, meet your neighbour events.

Required Knowledge:


  • Solid understanding of TELUS PureFibre and the services and features that TELUS provides to consumer customers.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong relationship building abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity

Professional Designation/Certification:


  • Business analysis or project management certification considered an asset
  • Event Planning certification considered an asset
  • Undergraduate degree in business or marketing considered an asset

Required Experience:


  • At least three years experience in a highperforming, fastpaced team

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
