    The Role

    Lumen's Experience Team is seeking an experienced Partner Strategy leader to support Lumen's Global Partner Solutions organization across all key partner initiatives to ensure the Partner Experience (PX) is embedded in the programs, tools, processes, and strategies being developed and launched.

    You will provide strategic leadership, exceptional analytics, creative joint marketing strategies, and operational excellence to support our Experience and Global Partner Solutions team. You will partner closely with our partner GTM teams, partner programs, partner success & enablement, and customer and commercial experience, and corporate communications to support a best-in-class partner strategy and partner experience for Lumen's Partner Ecosystem.

    The successful candidate will be creative and data-driven, with a proven track record of building and managing partner alliances, programs, and GTM initiatives to drive revenue growth at scale through the partner channel, and can combine strategic, analytical, big-picture thinking to drive detailed, operational excellence in Lumen's partner ecosystem.

    The Main Responsibilities


    • Build and manage partner experience strategy and operations across the Partner ecosystem, in partnership with GPS.


    • Structure and lead key strategic initiatives, establish and track KPIs, and develop best practices in support of Lumen's partner strategy inclusive of measuring and improving our PX.


    • Partner with GPS on the operational aspects of our partner programs, partnerships, and operational processes


    • Partner with Experience and GPS on annual and quarterly operational planning, prioritization and alignment based on Lumen's business strategy.


    • Be the Partner voice for any and all partner motions/programs, including PRM implementation, partner experience, strategic partnership implementation, and overall partnerships operational needs.


    • Partner with GPS and Finance to ensure our systems, tools and processes to measure the effectiveness of our partner investments and programs are built with the PX in mind, and identify areas to improve, enhance and optimize.


    • Be the connective tissue across Experience, GPS, Marketing, Corporate Comms and Product to ensure we are leveraging knowledge, processes, and marketing moments to the fullest with and through our Partner Channel


    • Leverage data and analytics to optimize partner operations and initiatives.


    • Act as a thought leader who can provide strategic direction and develop innovative solutions and processes to scale Lumen's partner business.


    • Establish and educate the Partner Community on NPS metrics to drive improvement in our customer experience for partner-led sales.


    • Design and launch a Voice of Partner (VoP) program to measure and improve our partner experience through surveys, feedback, and closed loop strategies.


    • Partner with Experience team to expand CX programs into Partner Programs, including Partner Advisory Board, Joint Storytelling with Partners, and Executive Engagement motions with Partners.

    What We Look For in a Candidate


    • 8+ years of working experience in relevant B2B marketing, customer experience field.


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.


    • Proven experience in partner strategy development and implementation within the technology industry.


    • In-depth knowledge of relevant market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.


    • Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in marketing, customer experience and partner strategies.


    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.


    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.


    • Strong team player with an ability to plan, influence and execute in a highly matrixed environment.


    • Ability to react and adapt to changes in business priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


    • Prefer candidate who has Partner background and Partner Alliance Management background.

    Compensation

    The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

    Location Based Pay Ranges

    $ $148630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

    $ $156450 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

    $ $164280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

    $ $172100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

    As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

    This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
