Are you known for your sense of organization and your autonomy? Do you know how to manage your priorities and working under pressure doesn't scare you? If so, this role may be for you

We are looking for a Transaction Technician to join our team.

In this position, you will be working in the investment funds field, carrying out transactions on savings and retirement contracts.

_ This is a contract position for 1 year (12 months)._

What you will do:

Validate the information received
Process internal transfers from other departments
Analyze and execute transactions while respecting customer service standards
Bring your expertise to administrative tasks when processing various transaction requests
Enter financial and nonfinancial information in computer systems
Process a high volume and variety and of requests within established deadlines
Bring, if necessary, new ways of doing things to improve the work to be done

Does this describe you?

You have excellent communication skills
You enjoy tasks that require analysis and research
You are flexible and open to work overtime when needed
You have 1year relevant experience
You have a degree (college / DEC) in administration or equivalent
You have a Good sense of customer service and listening skills
