    The Sales Representative will play a vital role in driving our continued success by leveraging your sales experience. This role thrives on building and maintaining relationships and creating innovative solutions that will further grow our business. This individual will maximize the value delivered by our solutions in the various industries we serve.     Your Mission

    • Generating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company through outbound prospecting, lead qualification and building relationships with potential new customers.
    • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale.
    • Presenting options for customers once you have identified their needs, communicating the value of qualified sales opportunities.
    • Explain NCRi solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
    • Researching and mapping out target companies and individuals to personalize outreach and identify relevant decision makes.
    • Conducting effective qualification conversations to determine if prospects meet predefined criteria for a sales opportunity.
    • Documenting and keeping track of leads.
    • Collaborating closely with the Manager to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
    • Maintaining a high level of activity through consistent outreach and follow-up efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

    • B2B experience
    • You have previous experience in a similar outbound business development or sales role in a high-volume environment.
    • You are proficient in a CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
    • You are a relationship builder and have the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers quickly.
    • You are coachable and eager to learn from experienced mentors.
    • You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem-solving.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent work experience in a sales environment
    • 1-year minimum experience in consultative Selling: managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customers/partners needs, focus on customer goals, results, and client's satisfaction.
    • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone etiquette.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
    • Proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude, and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.
    • Proven technical ability with CRMs (customer relationship management) and Microsoft suite
