Unity VR Developer to Fix Interaction and Physics Issues

Job summary
We have a playable first person shooter VR game for Meta Quest, but several interaction and stability issues need to be fixed.
This is a focused bug fixing and polishing task. not a new build.
Responsibilities
- Object Grabbing feels inconsistent(snap, drift, random drops)
- Physics behaves differently at low vs high frame rates
- Hand interactions stop working after scene reloads
- Collisions misfire when objects move quickly
- Performance spikes in objectheavy scenes
