Description

As a Fulfillment team member, you play a key role in product distribution and customer experience. Our innovative products are made from material which is locally processed and sourced from recycled chopsticks.

You will be part of ChopValue's Vancouver headquarter, where we've pioneered an authentic manufacturing process that transforms un-utilized urban waste into beautiful and functional designs.

We have a diverse team of woodworkers, product designers and engineers, who all share the common traits of, authenticity, focus, community, and accountability.

We want enthusiastic people that can embrace uncertainty and solve challenging problems.

As a Fulfillment team member, you are responsible for ensuring ChopValue customers have the best experience with our products. You will take ownership of all stages of the fulfillment process.

Your Responsibilities:

Fulfillment Team Member Duties:

Deliver shift and daily goals to meet product demand
Fulfill product orders to specific standards
Work to a high standard, with a thorough attention to detail
Train and specialize in the operation of the laser engraver station, including setup, custom engraving, maintenance and troubleshooting
Perform continual inspection of products, to ensure our product quality is consistent
Act as our brand advocate and maintain brand image for product to ensure that our product packages adhere to our brand guide and specifications
