- Develop and implement a research strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision for user experience.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Design and conduct usability studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our products, identify pain points, and suggest improvements.
- Map out user journeys and identify opportunities for enhancing the overall user experience.
- Analyze and synthesize research data, turning it into actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate research findings into the product development process.
- Develop the information architecture and task flows for new features or applications based on research findings.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitors' offerings to inform design decisions and make recommendations for differentiation.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design and ensure our products are usable by a diverse audience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of conducting impactful research studies.
- Proficiency in various research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including presenting research findings clearly and compellingly.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A deep understanding and empathy for users, passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to ensuring accessible design.
- A strong desire to stay updated with industry trends and a willingness to experiment with new research techniques and tools.
- Experience with enterprise software, complex systems, or service design.
