    Description
    Job Summary:
    This role works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
    Branch coordinators are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, and maintain high quality and visual standards of products and store.
    The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at a Sherwin-Williams store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
    Key responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, building productive relationships with wholesale customers, processing sales transactions accurately, and following sales goals.
    Maintaining precise work order files, pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse, and stocking shelves are also essential duties.
    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, and possess previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
    Minimum Requirements:
    Must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
