    Job Title: Safety Advisor

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • • Develop, implement, and maintain the college's health and safety program.
    • • Provide advice, guidance, coaching, facilitation, and training to stakeholders on various safety matters.
    • • Regularly review legislation policies procedures; monitor legislative changes for initiatives of workplace practices accordingly document research conduct investigations reporting incidents monitoring assessing leading resources developing implementation strategies,
    • • Conduct daily toolbox meetings facilitate field level hazard assessments coordinate assist train staff students vendors visitors assess risks evaluate injuries illness recommend corrective actions implementing enforcing maintaining tracking related processes guidelines protocols forms templates standard operating procedure issue compliance reports prepare communicate key performance indicators collection analysis forecasting metrics decisions making considerations calculations outcomes recommendations display visuals providing feedback instructors outsiders advisors committee members participants action planning quality improvement track updated ongoing cyclical activities improve prevent harm restore reputation manage liability assure accountability responsibility initiate react timely adopt reform optimization sustainable protection record based identify obligation outlining practice respecting integrity well-being valued outcome achievement measurable set goals measures specifying evaluating beneficial advance uss awareness character soft hard skill plan accomplish.
