Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Advisor

Your responsibilities will be:

To process all orders received electronically, by phone, or by fax;
Make sure to place the special orders for missing items;
Follow up on customers' orders as well as their backorders (B.O.);
Advise customers on required parts by using technical schemas;
Provide cost estimation based on the technical data provided by clients;
Support on the road sales representatives;
Keep his/her technical knowledge uptodate at all times.

Qualifications:

To join our team, you need:

High School diploma with a minimum of 5-years' experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of automotive or heavy vehicle parts;
Timeliness and accuracy in data processing.
