REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNITY
Major responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Monitor and reconcile tax installments, remittances and refunds
- Process weekly and monthly invoices, maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Handle all accounts receivable, collections and accounts payable, billing
- Responsible for all data entry, reconciliations, IRS and Worker's Compensation reporting and remittances as well
- Responsible for all AR and AP for Coastal Painting
- Responsible for processing payroll
- Has an appropriate understanding of the tax code in Florida
Education and Job Experience:
- Experience using QuickBooks is a must
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite an asset
Specific Skills:
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent problemsolving abilities
- Has experience in the field and can develop and implement systems and procedures to handle the job description
- Must have experience with computerized accounting
- Able to maintain tight deadlines
NOTE:
You must be a bookkeeper/accountant physically based in Canada
Pay:
$25.00-$29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Naples, FL 34110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
