Big League Food Company is the next generation of beloved food brands. Our current brand portfolio includes Village Juicery, Dark Horse Espresso, Detour Coffee, Dear Grain Bakery, and Tori's Bakeshop.

Big League Food Company is seeking a Full time Order Management Coordinator to join our Team. We are looking for someone caring, passionate, and dynamic who is interested in committing themselves.

About the role

Key responsibilities:

Warehouse & order management, includes data entry, procurement, expediting, updating information in the business system.
Generate status reports and documentation.
Manage customer inquiries
Maintaining professional level of communication.
Place purchase orders with vendors.
Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
Perform various other sales and support functions within the team.
Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

12 years of customer service or purchasing experience.
1 year of order entry experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
High level of accuracy and detail with errorfree orders.
Ability to understand current tools in detail and use them efficiently.

Pay & Schedule

Salary Range: $35,000 to $40,000 (Plus Tips)
Shift Time : 8 am to 4 pm
Schedule : Sundays to Thursdays is a must
