Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative


The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally.


What You Will Do:

  • Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team.
  • Perform accurate ontime order entry with 24 hours turn around time.
  • Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices.
  • Receive and respond to customer complaints and develop sound system knowledge to be able to assist with customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required.
Special Project

  • Cocreate a central repository for departmental information to be accessed by the complete Team.

What You Will Bring:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary coop program.
  • Good working knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle are an asset.
  • A strong and effective communicator both verbal and written in English.
  • A resultsoriented individual who delivers on business objectives.
  • Possess a team first attitude.
  • Someone with a passion for delighting the customer and delivering on service.
  • Detail oriented and have a sense of urgency.
  • Eager to give and receive feedback.
  • Legally authorized to work fulltime in Canada.
  • Must be fully vaccinated to be considered.
