De plus, nous réduisons considérablement l'utilisation du plastique en proposant des emballages alternatifs, et ce n'est que le début

    Le coordonnateur / la coordonnatrice logistique est responsable de tout ce qui concerne le traitement de commandes, de la saisie jusqu à la facturation.

    TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

    • Réception et traitement de commandes;
    • Effectuer le suivi des préparations de commande à distance avec l'entrepôt;
    • Créer des étiquettes et coordonner les demandes de transport;
    • Facturation des commandes;
    • Service à la clientèle via courriel avec nos clients B2B;
    • Saisie et suivi de commandes de réapprovisionnement;
    • Analyse des niveaux de stock souhaités / gestion d'inventaire web;
    • Réclamations des transporteurs;
    • Suivi de préparation de commandes.

    PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

    • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit.
    • DEC en administration, en logistique ou autre domaine connexe.
    • Expérience dans un poste similaire est un atout ( profil junior accepté)
    • Notions intermédiaires sur Excel;
    • Gestion efficace d'une boite courriel;
    • Connaissance d'un ERP un atout

    • Avoir la capacité de travailler dans une équipe multidisciplinaire;
    • Être autonome et avoir le sens de l'initiative;
    • Faire preuve de rigueur dans la complétion de tâches cléricales;
    • Être une personne polyvalente et débrouillarde;
    • Être en mesure d\'apporter une énergie constructive et une bonne humeur au sein de l'équipe;
    • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et faire preuve d\'adaptabilité.

    Salaire: à discuter

    Horaire: de jour, du lundi au vendredi (modèle de télétravail hybride)
