Your Role

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering appropriate content and maintaining call quality levels.
  • Handling inbound calls and written inquiries to act as the first point of contact for Business Customers.
  • Utilize critical thinking and sound judgement to identify cases of urgency. General inquiries include questions about their billing statement and looking to make changes to their services.
  • Each issue is essential to our customers, and a timely resolution is vital.
  • You will escalate technical issues to our technical Support Department.
  • Assist in client care and retention initiatives.

What do you bring to the team?

  • You have worked in a Call Center
  • You have been in a Senior Customer Service Role for greater than 3 years
  • You have a great, friendly and bubbly personality
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills with a mandatory requirement in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Windows
